Dubar is a rebar processing factory in Dubai Investments Park. We cut and bend reinforcement steel to bar bending schedules for construction projects across the UAE.

About Dubar

Dubar has run a dedicated cut and bend facility in Dubai Investments Park since 2004. Our team turns straight reinforcement bar into finished shapes, from main bars to links, stirrups and bespoke bends, each made to the dimensions on the schedule and tagged ready for site. Safety comes first on our factory floor: everyone on site wears the required protective equipment.

Our facility

The factory is equipped for each stage of rebar processing:

  • Shear line for cutting bars to length
  • Double and single bending machines for main bars and bespoke shapes
  • Automatic stirrup machine for links and stirrups
  • Bar end preparation for mechanical couplers
  • Overhead cranes for safe handling and loading

How we work

  1. Each schedule is checked before production starts.
  2. Bars are cut and bent to the schedule.
  3. Finished bars are tagged so each bundle is easy to identify on site.
  4. Orders are loaded and dispatched from the factory.
